SECTOR: REAL ESTATE
From authorization contracts to handover photos, DASK expiry to lease renewal. Saklat collects a real estate office's documents in case files.

01 - BENEFITS
Sets up the regulatory file; ready archive per authorization contract.
See empty categories the day the file opens - not on audit morning.
Room-by-room photos, approval log, PDF record - prevents deposit disputes.
02 - SCENARIO
See how a rental transaction moves through Saklat from opening to move-out, step by step.
Rental transaction selected; regulatory file and document checklist arrive ready.
Authorization contract, deed, DASK - photographed from a phone and added to the file.
Room-by-room photos taken; tenant reviews and approves via share link.
Email alert when lease renewal approaches; no deadline missed.
Same inventory list at move-out; deposit disputes prevented.
REGULATION
The Real Estate Trade Regulation requires a file for every authorization contract and at least five years of retention. Saklat sets up the file, helps you complete it, and shows per-file completeness indicators for missing documents.
Regulation on Trade in Real Property (mevzuat.gov.tr) →INVENTORY
At move-out, 'the cabinet was already broken' is a common line. Photograph room by room at check-in, have the tenant approve via link, then compare against the same list at check-out.

No. Saklat is a document archive; it does not manage listings or client relationships.
The record supports proof with timestamped photos, party details, and approval logs. It does not replace a wet signature.
Their access closes; all documents and inventory records they uploaded stay with the office.
07 - FOUNDER NOTE
Why we built Saklat We saw paperwork go missing in the field, photos missing on handover day, folders hunted down on audit morning. We built Saklat to keep office documents in one system. We are developing it with our first users.
